I was able to go away on the holiday I had planned and when I got back my apartment was as good as new. In particular I appreciated how the A Team listened to me and took my particular concerns on board. They were prepared to do whatever I felt needed to be done.

The prompt arrival of your team on first call-out, complete with pumps, dehumidifiers and air movers, greatly contained the initial extent of the flooding and efficiently accelerated the drying-out process.

Throughout the procedure your team ensured that all the surrounding furniture was wrapped and protected and, on completion of the work in the estimated time scale, made good any consequential defects to my entire satisfaction, and left the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
